Beauty Quests is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post. Orders placed on the weekend or public holidays will be processed the following open business day.
Orders generally take up to 24-48 hours to process, during high volume seasons it may take up to 72 hours to process.
Once processed with Australia Post, you'll receive a notification that your order has been processed and an email with your tracking information when it is ready to be delivered.
If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, Beauty Quests is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Also, Beauty Quests will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. Thank you for understanding.
All orders require a signature on delivery, however there might be an option from the courier for the receiver to choose to leave parcels without signature. Local Order - Pick up
We're offering a service for local orders in Brisbane, Australia. This service has no shipping fee.
At the customers cost, it is required that you pick up your order from an address in Brisbane. Address to pick up from is within Inala 4077 or Shailer Park 4128.

Once you've placed your order, a customer service assistant will get in contact with you within 2 business days to inform you of the address to pick up your order.
Within 5 days from the day you've purchased your goods, if you require postage, it is at the customers cost to pay for the delivery fee and any other costs involved.
Beauty Quests is not liable to pay fuel or any further costs after you've placed your order. It is the customers responsibility within the 5 days to collect your parcel.
We currently offer Standard International Shipping to New Zealand, United States & United Kingdom.
This chosen shipping costs $13.95 AUD and may take an estimate time of 7-12 business days.
